RAD Market is a nonprofit market with a strong vision for supporting our vendors, staff and community. We want all of us thriving together. We created this poster to remind folks of the importance and relevance of buying local during these times, while also highlighting & acknowledging that local purchasing fits into a wide web of acts of caring for one another.

We are here to celebrate and encourage the deep layers of empathy, creativity, collaboration, and care that are at the heart of our region. When our communities faced the force and impact of Helene in fall of 2024, these values were expressed in endless variations to meet the needs and challenges we shared in the wake of that event. These acts aren't only relevant in emergencies... they create more livable, sustainable and connected communities.
